Workouts (not quite gym bros yet)

As biking is the main form of transport in the Netherlands, some Dutchies do not even consider it a sport. BUT: We as internationals can say, biking is not only improving our stamina, strength and immigrant integration, but some say it is the best form of experiencing 360° Lüften!

The 5km bike ride from USP to the city and the 2km from the ICU to USP or 3.5km from USP to Drift... you name it. Adding it all up, it for sure sums up to a regular >20km (12.43 mile) bike ride each week.

We are no gym bros yet, but close.

Biking is only the start. There have been attempts of outdoor workouts. Saying attempts because why are these installations so hard to use, we are no ninja warriors!

Last but not least: Yoga in the Library for the evening study sess to relax the lower back as well as the mind. Best way to go: 5 Tibetan exercises, a combination of challenging strength tasks (21 reps) and mindfulness, breathing and balance (Tibetan 1 can make you dizzy after all the turning).
